Booking Confirmation & Payment Terms
- A minimum 30% advance deposit of the total package cost is required to confirm tour accommodations and vehicle reservations.
- The remaining balance must be cleared upon arrival in Guwahati or before departure into high-altitude areas like Arunachal Pradesh.
- All government taxes, driver allowances, toll fees, and fuel charges are incorporated as per the agreed quotation.
- Valid Government Photo IDs (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Passport) with passport photos must be submitted for Arunachal Pradesh Inner Line Permits (ILP).
